Welcome to Loops. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Loops app and related services (the "Service"), operated by Loops ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using Loops, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

Using Loops

You may use Loops only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You're responsible for your account and for any activity that happens under it. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your region) to use the Service.

Your content and data

You retain ownership of the activity data and content you bring to Loops. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We don't claim ownership of your personal data.

Acceptable use

When using Loops, you agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except where permitted by law.
• Use the Service to violate any law or infringe the rights of others.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data.

Health disclaimer

Loops provides insights based on your activity data for informational purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified professional regarding your health and before making changes to your activity or fitness routine.

Subscriptions and purchases

Some features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing, and renewal terms are presented at the point of purchase and managed through the App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled, and you can manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, software, and branding, is owned by Loops and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding without prior written permission.

Termination

You may stop using Loops at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, the rights and licenses granted to you will end.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
